Bane Care Management, the management organization for Harbor House Rehab and Nursing Center partnered with Synchrony Rehabilitation several years ago across their South Shore centers to advance its rehabilitation services and provide exceptional care to patients and residents.
Michele Parker, Physical Therpist and Area Manager for Synchrony Rehabilitation stated that “the results were based on patient functional improvement from admission to discharge.” Parker adds that Harbor House had patients that had the highest rating in functional outcome efficiency, meaning that the patients demonstrate excellent outcomes and improvement in mobility/function within a short length of stay.
