We are located in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive from the Hingham Harbor and have been a valued part of the town of Hingham since 1995.
Our 138 bed skilled nursing center has enjoyed a continued reputation for nursing excellence, providing high-level rehabilitative, medical and nursing care on a short stay or long term basis. In 2013 we introduced our Short Stay Unit, a post-hospital transitional care unit that includes programs offering orthopedic care and cardiac and pulmonary care. Harbor House is accredited by The Joint Commission.
Short-Term Rehabilitation
At Harbor House our outstanding short-term rehabilitation programs offer physical, occupational, and speech-language services. Our skilled therapists have expertise in both therapy evaluation and treatment. Services are designed to transition residents from post-acute care to home while maximizing quality of life. Our dedicated team of rehabilitation therapists, nurses, social workers, dieticians and support staff works with each patient and their family to develop a customized care plan designed to meet the patient’s individual needs.
Short Stay Unit
At Harbor House, our Short Stay Unit offers post-hospital transitional care, providing short-term nursing and rehabilitation. Transitional care bridges the gap between the hospital setting and home, designed to help you get stronger after a hospitalization.
