Colonial achieves a 2019 Deficiency-free Survey!

Skilled Nursing Facilities participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs are inspected annually to evaluate services and renew state licensure. 

According to data published by The American Health Care Association (AHCA) Long-Term Care Trend Tracker, just 7.3% of communities in Massachusetts earn a deficiency-free designation. 

Colonial Skilled Nursing Home & Rehabilitation Located in Weymouth, Massachusetts, Colonial Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is a 173-bed skilled nursing facility offering sub-acute, short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Distinctive services provided at Colonial include the Adams sub-acute unit for individuals with more complicated diagnoses and the Colonial's Respiratory Care Program providing comprehensive short-term pulmonary care services.
